At 7:17 on Friday July 11th, Moni delivered our second beautiful brown-eyed girl. Sophia Diane Tanner weighed in at 5 lbs. 14 oz and is 19 inches long. Moni and the wee babe are doing well. We are happy we made it to the hospital as Ben is a little rusty on the delivering thing.
Brinley is extremely excited to be a big sister. The only problem is that she is as gentle as a 300 pound cage fighter. We pray for Sophie everyday.

Nice. Congratulations. I would be worried about Brinley too. Maybe Jake can be in charge of protecting the wee babe--he looks happier than anyone to be holding her.
Congratulations Tanner Family!!! She is precious!!! Monica you look wonderful! And I heard it was a quick and NATURAL delivery!!! Way to go Mom! Your family is just too cute! Enjoy your little one!

It's sweet to have little ones...it takes just a little longer for them to grow up on us...not much, so hold on! :)
Hooray for Monica & Sophia! Congratulations Tanner family we are glad everything went well and both mom & baby are happy & well. Was she early? Good Luck protecting Sophie, Kenna loves Cason a little TOO much also so I understand the predictament.
PS Sophia is BEAUTIFUL- as is your whole family. What a great name.
She is absolutely beautiful. I can't believe how strong the resemblance is to Monica. I think she looks just like you Moni. She looks soft and sweet. I hope you're feeling well and Ben that you're not too tired holding things together. We're excited to meet Sophia. Love you guys.
